All WiredTree accounts come with access to our proprietary client portal, Grove. Grove provides complete control over your managed server account.

Network Control
Grove allows you to easily add, remove, and edit DNS zones hosted on WiredTree's redundant nameservers as well as manage reverse DNS for all IPs on your server.
Grove also features a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Record Wizard which allows you to easily add SPF records to your DNS zones to help prevent against mail from your domain being tagged as spam and prevent against spammers spoofing your email addresses. Grove also features MX Protect which allows you to harden your domain's MX records to help prevent spam from reaching your server.

Server Performance
WiredTree's advanced monitoring system allows you to inspect a variety of performance metrics through Grove, including system load, CPU usage, memory usage, disk I/O, and more.
This allows accurate capacity planning as well as aids in determing any issues which affect server performance.

Service Performance
Not only can you monitor overal server performance, Grove allows you to examine detailed service performance if you choose. You can view detailed service information for Apache, Bind, Exim, MySQL, and more.

Server Health
Through our use of IPMI 2.0 technology in every WiredTree server you can check your server's vital system statistics such as voltages, fan speed, and more. Also easily remotely reboot your server if needed.

Bandwidth Graphs
Public and Private bandwidth graphs and reporting are available to all WiredTree clients from Grove. This aids in capacity planning and allows you to track growth. Detailed billing totals are kept for each day's usage allowing you to check previous months, and even graph your usage on a yearly scale.

Management Preferences
Define exactly how you would like WiredTree to manage your server. Choose which services should be monitored and whether you would like us to proactively fix them in case of problems without your intervention.
You can also specify a threshold for bandwidth usage so you can be alerted ahead of time to prevent against overage charges.
